What a confusing world for women today. Women are told to be bold, assertive, indpendent, and competitive. They are expected to take leadership, exert authority, be bread winners, and to single-handedly tackle all of life’s demands. God has a much higher calling for women in His Church, and if followed, His plan results in blessing, unity, and glory for God. Women are not inferior to men in God’s eyes, but unfortunately the church sometimes treats women as if they are less capable or valued than men. This small pocket-sized devotional book of encouragement for women includes review questions and thoughts for reflection at the end of each of its four chapters. It is solidly based on God’s design for women in the church found in 1 Timothy 2:9-15.
